Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular dichroism dispersion meter including an alignment mechanism to automatically and correctly adjust positions of respective apparatuses.SOLUTION: A PEM 20 alternately and periodically allows linear polarization from a polarizer 18 to be counterclockwise or clockwise rotation circular polarization. The circular polarization is radiated to a sample and then a detector 24 performs detection. An AC signal is obtained from a lock-in amplifier 38, and a control PC 30 measures a VCD spectrum. A standard sample for a D-body test is arranged in a sample arrangement unit 21. While monitoring a VCD spectrum, a condenser lens position and direction adjustment mechanism 54 adjusts the position and direction of a condenser lens 22. At the same time, a detector rotation mechanism 56 aligns the direction of the detector to obtain coincidence with a reference spectrum. While monitoring a VCD spectrum with an L-body, the position and direction of the condenser lens 22 and the direction of the detector are aligned to perform adjustment so as to obtain symmetry with the VCD spectrum with a D-body. |
