Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene-water based adhesive composition small in the discoloration even when being exposed to heat or light.SOLUTION: A chloroprene-water based adhesive composition uses a chloroprene polymer obtained by emulsion-polymerizing under the presence of 0.5-7.0 pts.mass rosinate as an emulsifier, 0.05-4.0 pts.mass surfactant having two kinds of hydrophilic anion groups as a dispersant. The chloroprene-water based adhesive composition having light color tone and excellent discoloration resistance against heat or light is obtained in such a way. Thereby, the chloroprene-water based adhesive composition is suitably used for a textile agent, a leather material, a foam sheet, a paper material, a wood material, a shoe component or the like.
