PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator group management operation rate controller capable of achieving farsighted energy-saving while keeping service performance.SOLUTION: An elevator group managed operation rate controller of an embodiment provided in a group managed controller that manages the operation of a plurality of cars includes an operation rate setting section 142, an operation rate calculating section 143, and a control section 144, wherein the operation rate setting section 142 sets a targeted operation rate that shows the percentage of time during which a car should operate out of unit time. The operation rate calculating section 143 calculates an actual operation rate showing the percentage of time of operation of a car out of the unit time from an operation record concerning a plurality of the cars. The control section 144 changes at least one of a first control parameter that controls a nondirectional stop, a second control parameter that controls a limitable directional stop, and a third control parameter that controls allocations.
