Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cap opening property in a hinge cap in which a spout is opened by one operation along with the opening of an upper lid.SOLUTION: A locking support pillar 61 is formed in a protruding manner at an eccentric position on a side opposite to the hinge side on the upper face of a cutout 60 formed in the top part of a pouring nozzle. A locking cylinder 42 that engages with the locking support pillar 61 is formed on the inner face of the top wall of an upper lid 20. The thickness of the cutout 60 is divided into a locking support pillar side thick part, an intermediate thin part, and a hinge side thick part. The opening can be facilitated by the intermediate thin part bending along with the progress of the opening, and an excellent fracture surface can be acquired by suppressing elongation of a resin film by the hinge side thick part.
