Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having high non-adsorption with respect to a specific component and serving as a base material for a packaging bag excellent in cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate is prepared by stacking a resin film 2 on at least one base surface of both surfaces of a base 1 formed into a film shape. Extension processing is performed so that crystallinity can be within the range of 60 to 90% to obtain a resin film 2 having non-adsorption with respect to a specific component of a housed matter that is housed into a packaging bag, and then the resin film 2 and the base 1 are bonded together.
