Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior structure of vehicle, capable of improving appearance quality and sharpening a corner section of a design surface of an interior member with skin material into a desired angle.SOLUTION: An interior structure of vehicle includes an interior member with skin material formed by press-molding the skin material, and another interior member adjacent to the interior member with skin material. The interior member with skin material includes a first corner section 17C1. The circumference section 19F1 of the interior member with skin material including a first corner section 17C1 is covered with another interior member 29 from outward of the skin material, and a second corner section 17C2 positioned inside the first corner section 17C1 is formed on a design surface of the interior member with skin material. The first corner section 17C1 is swelled into a moderate arc shape from an interior member with skin material around the second corner section 17C2.
