Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical film which has uniform properties in a width direction by suppressing air from flowing to a surface of the side edges on both sides of the film.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic film is stretched using a heating furnace that includes an air blowing portion comprising a plurality of air blow-off portions capable of blowing hot air to a surface of the thermoplastic resin film such that a side face of the air blowing portion which is orthogonal to the width direction of the film is covered with a shield plate.
