CELLULAR BEHAVIOR ANALYZER, CELLULAR BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular behavior analyzer or the like by which indexes of cellular behavior can be calculated depending on specific culture environment.SOLUTION: A specific culture environment specifying section 32 accepts specification of a region of cells which a user wants to analyze from time-lapse images acquired by a time-lapse image acquisition section 31 and accepts input of staying time of the cells which the user wants to analyze in the specified region. An automatic cell tracking section 33 identifies individual cells from the time-lapse images acquired by the time-lapse image acquisition section 31 and automatically tracks them. An automatic cell selecting section 34 under specific culture environment selects cells which have stayed in the region specified by the specific culture environment specifying section 32 for a specified period of time from the cell trajectory information detected by the automatic cell tracking section 33. A cell behavior calculating section 35 calculates indexes of behavior of various types of cells by using the tracking information of the cells selected by the automatic cell selecting section 34 under specific culture environment.
