In a time-series model fitting step S22, a time-series model fitting section 12 reads in the analysis object data, and finds an ARMA model coefficient D14 approximating the analysis object data D13. In a power spectrum calculation step S32, a power spectrum calculation section 13 calculates a power spectrum D15 of the ARMA model coefficient D14 and in a control period calculation step S42, a control period calculation section 14 calculates a control period D16 using a maximum frequency component of the power spectrum D15. |
