INJECTION SHEET AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection sheet through which an injected material, i.e., a high viscosity material, can be injected toward an object, and to provide a production method therefor.SOLUTION: An injection sheet S is produced by laminating a pressure generation material 42, generating a pressure upon heating, on the surface of a transparent substrate 41, and then bonding a nozzle sheet 45, having a plurality of injection holes 46 formed therein, to the pressure generation material 42 by using an adhesive 49. When injecting an injected material, i.e., a metal paste 43, by using the injection sheet S, a pressure wave generated due to rapid volume expansion of camphor, contained in the pressure generation material 42, caused by heating can be prevented from escaping into a gap between the nozzle sheet 45 and the pressure generation material 42. Consequently, the pressure wave thus generated is transmitted efficiently to the upper metal paste 43, and thereby the upper metal paste 43, loaded in the injection holes 46, can be injected precisely toward an object.
