Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionizer electrode of an independent heating type which heats an electrode only with a discharge power source without the need for a heating power source.SOLUTION: In an ionizer electrode heated to prevent, by thermophoretic force, deposition of fine particles on the ionizer electrode, the ionizer electrode 3 is divided into a tip part 4 and a root part 5, and a resistor 6 is interposed between the tip part 4 and the root part 5 divided. With this configuration, the tip part 4, the root part 5, and the resistor 6 are electrically connected in series.
