PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a program capable of suppressing scattering of toner that is formed linearly.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus of the present invention transfers a toner image formed on the surface of an intermediate transfer belt to the surface of a sheet by a secondary transfer roller, and includes: a determination unit 91 that determines whether or not a plurality of colored lines that extend in an axial direction of the secondary transfer roller, are arrayed in a direction of rotation of the secondary transfer roller, and drawn in a background of a body for transfer are present in an image represented by image data; and a conversion unit 92 that converts, if the plurality of colored lines are present, at least one of the plurality of colored lines to a line of which gradation changes according to a position of the secondary transfer roller in the axial direction.
