Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which variation due to differences in various conditions of sound data of an inspection object device is erroneously detected as abnormality because characteristic variation due to environmental conditions and operation conditions of the device is not conventionally considered to determine abnormal sound by comparing reference sound data of normal sound with sound data of the inspection object device.SOLUTION: A sample sequence comprising intensities at respective times is obtained by analysis means from sound data of an inspection object device, which is acquired synchronously with operation of the device by sound data acquisition means, and a sampling sequence during learning is taken as a reference sample sequence, and at least one of an object sample sequence during diagnosis and the reference sample sequence is corrected in correction means by a correction amount or a correction amount sequence estimated on the basis of the object sample sequence and the reference sample sequence, and the corrected object sample sequence or reference sample sequence is compared with the corresponding reference sample sequence or object sample sequence to calculate an abnormality degree, and the calculated abnormality degree is compared with a threshold to output a determined abnormality degree by determination means.
