Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop cock device with a pressure regulating function capable of reducing a resistance force received by a pressure regulating valve element from a water flow and demonstrating desired pressure regulating performance, and to provide a faucet device and a combination faucet device equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A stop cock device with a pressure regulating function which changes water passages to a water shutoff state or a water flow state and regulates the pressure of water which flows out includes: a stop cock device body; a pressure regulating valve which has a pressure regulating valve element and a pressure regulating spring; and a stop cock guide member which guides the movement of the pressure regulating valve element in the axial direction. The stop cock device body has a direction changing part which changes a water stream flowing in from an inflow port from a first direction parallel to the axial direction of the stop cock device body to a second direction to discharge water. The pressure regulating valve regulates the pressure of water flowing out of the water passages by moving the pressure regulating valve element in which pressure is received by a pressure receiving part along the axial direction in the water stream flowing out from the direction changing part to a second direction to regulate a relative distance between the pressure regulating valve element and the inflow port of the water passages.
