Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced plastic roll for heat resistance which is excellent in wear resistance and heat resistance and has a sprayed coating formed, wherein cracks are not generated in a sprayed coating layer on the surface even when used under high temperature conditions, such as 150-200°C.SOLUTION: An end structure 20 attached to an end 11a of a roll body 11 includes: a bearing support part 21 to which a bearing is mounted; and a roll body supporting member 22 in a cylindrical sleeve shape which is aligned on the same axis and integrally formed with the bearing support part 21 and joined so as to be engaged with a mounting hole part 12 formed on the end of the roll body 11. In the roll body supporting member 22 in a cylindrical sleeve shape, a plurality of slits 23 are formed in the axial direction with a predetermined length from an inside end face 22a opposite to the bearing support part to the bearing support part side.
