Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition, which can form an uncured coating without tackiness to a film base material and can form a cured film excellent in scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and transparency or the like, and to provide a coating film.SOLUTION: An active energy ray curable composition includes: (A) acrylic resin which has a (meth)acryloyl group and of which a weight-average molecular weight is 10,000-100,000; (B) a reactive particle obtained by reacting a silica fine particle (b-1) and hydrolyzable silane (b-2) having a (meth)acryloyl group in a molecule; (C) a (meth)acryloyl group-containing compound which has a hydroxyl group in a molecule and of which a weight-average molecular weight is 100-1,000, and a solubility parameter value is 10 or more; and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
