Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the need that when image picked-up video is transmitted from an electronic apparatus, the image picked-up video can be replaced before being transmitted.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus in an embodiment includes a partial specification unit which permits the user to specify a portion of video shot by an image pickup unit which he wants to be replaced with another video. The electronic apparatus also includes a video specification unit which, when the portion to be replaced is specified, outputs candidates for replaceable video, allowing the user to select replacement video for the portion to be replaced. Furthermore, a storage unit is included which, when the replacement video is specified, stores information on the portion to be replaced and the replacement video in storage. Furthermore, an output unit is included which, when an instruction to output shot video is received, replaces the portion of the shot video to be replaced with the replacement video by using the stored information before being output.
