Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a battery material, a device for manufacturing a battery material, and a method for manufacturing a nickel hydrogen storage battery by use of the battery material, which are in connection with a process for manufacturing a battery material including the step of separating liquid from processed powder material, and allow the increase in the yield while keeping the quality of the battery material.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a battery material comprises: an activating treatment step for performing an alkali treatment on hydrogen-absorbable alloy powder 11a; a liquid-adding step for adding an alloy-washing water 12 to the hydrogen-absorbable alloy powder 11a subjected to the alkali treatment; and a filtering step for filtering out the alloy-washing water 12 from the hydrogen-absorbable alloy powder 11a with the alloy-washing water 12 added thereto. The method for manufacturing a battery material further comprises a cleaning step for washing a pressure dehydration tank 20 by use of washing water 14 after in the filtering step the alloy-washing water 12 is filtered out from the hydrogen-absorbable alloy powder 11a by the pressure dehydration tank 20. In the liquid-adding step, the washing water 14 used in washing in the cleaning step is added to the hydrogen-absorbable alloy powder 11a together with the alloy-washing water 12. |
