Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reduction valve including a pressure reduction valve mechanism including a valve body having a water cutoff function for variably adjusting the flow passage area of a boundary part between a primary side path and a secondary side path and a relief valve mechanism which opens and closes in accordance with the inner pressure of the secondary side path, the pressure reduction valve which being more downsized than the pressure reduction valve of a patent literature 1.SOLUTION: A pressure reduction valve including a pressure reduction valve mechanism including a valve body having a water cutoff function for variably adjusting the flow passage area of a boundary part between a primary side path and a secondary side path and a relief valve mechanism which opens and closes in accordance with the inner pressure of the secondary side path, the relief value mechanism is not disposed so as to be faced to the valve body of the pressure reduction valve, and the relief valve mechanism is disposed at a pressure-sensitive chamber side installed in the pressure reduction valve mechanism.
