PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the increase of a chance in browsing or continuous browsing for a contributed article.SOLUTION: The information disclosure system includes: an article storage part (4); a response control part (6); and a response sentence output part (8) for making a browsing device (12) which has made a browsing request (18) on information contributed from a contribution device (10) display the information. The article storage part stores a contributed article (14) from the contribution device in association with a disclosure date. The response control part controls information amounts to be used for the generation of a response sentence (15) to the browsing request in accordance with the date on which the browsing request has been accepted. The response control part determines whether or not the date on which the browsing request has been accepted satisfies predetermined conditions in relation to the disclosure date associated with the contributed article to be specified by the browsing request. The response control part makes differentiate the information amount to be used for the generation of the response sentence to the browsing request in the content of the contributed article in the article storage part. The response sentence output part makes the browsing device display the response sentence generated in accordance with the information amount corresponding to whether or not the conditions are satisfied.
