Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric consolidated substrate suppressing an increase in optical propagation loss and having superior flexibility and superior resistance to repetitive bending and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The photoelectric consolidated substrate includes: an electric circuit board E configured by forming electric wiring 2 on a surface of an insulation layer 1; and an optical waveguide W formed on a back face of the insulation layer 1 of the electric circuit board E via a metal layer M. A part of the photoelectric consolidated substrate is formed on a bend part, a part of the metal layer M corresponding to the bend part is partially removed and a first clad layer 6 of the optical waveguide is intruded and buried in a recess Rformed by removal.
