Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflecting film having a higher reflectance for vacuum-ultraviolet rays than conventional one and to provide an integrating sphere and a scintillator on which the light reflecting film is formed.SOLUTION: SrFis used as a reflecting material for vacuum-ultraviolet rays, and a film containing SrFis used as the light reflecting film. SrFexhibits the ability to reflect vacuum-ultraviolet rays, which is higher than that of, for example, polytetrafluoroethylene being a conventionally known as a light reflecting material by 10% or more. This light reflecting film is useful as a light reflecting film for an integrating sphere or a scintillator.
