Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce standby power by suppressing heater power by controlling an electric heater to prepare for operation start of an air conditioner during operation stop thereof.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system includes an air conditioner that forms a refrigerating cycle by connecting an outdoor unit having a compressor with an electric heater, a four-way valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a control unit to control power supply to the electric heater, and an indoor unit having an indoor heat exchanger, by means of a liquid refrigerant pipe and a gas refrigerant pipe; and an air conditioner managing device that controls operation of the air conditioner. Under a condition that the time of operation start and the time of operation stop of the air conditioner are set, the air conditioner managing device determines whether the remaining time between the operation stop and next operation start reaches a predetermined time or not, and outputs to the control unit a direction of power supply to the heater when the remaining time reaches the predetermined time, wherein the control unit starts power supply to the heater based on the direction and continues the power supply for a predetermined time.
