Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibers, films, sheets and blow-molded articles from a polyester produced with a polyester polymerization catalyst not using an antimony compound as a main catalyst component, especially blow-molded articles which little generate the surface roughness of containers on the heat set of drawn products, and do not cause the deterioration of surface luster and transparency, even when produced over a long period at an enhanced crystallization rate.SOLUTION: A polyester polymerization catalyst is characterized by comprising a germanium compound, a phosphorus compound having a hindered phenol structure, and a phosphorus compound represented by a specific structure.
