The automatic route control device 20 outputs a next route and point setup information group 21a to the route and point setup propriety information providing device 40, and in the case of executing a second route and point setup before a first route and point setup, the route and point setup propriety information providing device 40 generates the setup propriety information, which shows whether the second route and point setup interferes the first route and point setup or not, and outputs it to a display control panel 30, and the display control panel 30 controls a display to display the time information capable of performing the second route and point setup based on the setup propriety information.
