PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desorption device or the like for adherend and a desorption method or the like for adherend such that a holding tool can be removed without damaging an adherend surface nor an adhesive surface, and repeatedly used.SOLUTION: There is provided a desorption device for adherend including: a mounting portion 12 which mounts a holding tool; a desorption blade 13 having a contact portion 33 which can be arranged apart from the mounting portion 12 and contacts an adherend and an inclined guide plane 34 which guides the adherend; and an injection nozzle 14 which is arranged apart from the mounting portion 12 and opposite the desorption blade 13, and injects air. There is provided a desorption method for adherend including: a process of inclining the adherend by relatively moving the desorption blade 13 in one direction not in contact along an adhesive surface of the holding tool holding the adherend by adhesion; and a process blowing the adherend away onto the inclined guide plane 34 of the desorption blade 13 by jetting air in the opposite direction toward the adherend inclined from a downstream side in the one direction.
