Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter capable of eliminating both common mode noise, and differential mode noise in a specific frequency band.SOLUTION: The common mode noise filter of this invention includes a common mode filter part 18 comprising a first coil 15 and a second coil 16, the second coil 16 is formed over the first coil 15 so as to be magnetically coupled with the first coil 15 mutually, an open coil 17 is located over the second coil 16 to be magnetically coupled with the common mode filter part 18, one end part 17a of the open coil 17 and the first coil 15 are connected, and the other end part 17b is opened.
