Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate a heat transfer medium in a case while suppressing drift of the heat transfer medium without providing a duct.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger unit 40 mounted to the first side wall 22a of a case 20 includes a thermoelectric conversion element for adjusting the temperatures of the heat transfer medium supplied into the case 20. In the thermoelectric conversion element, a first heat exchanger 42, which has a plurality of fins 48 thermally coupled to the thermoelectric conversion element and in which inter-fin passages 54 are partitioned between the fins 48 adjacent to each other, is provided. And, a first passages 51 to which the fins 48 are exposed are partitioned by the first heat exchanger 42 and a first passage forming member. In the first passage forming member, the outlet 74 of the first passage 51 is formed in the first passage forming member, and the heat transfer medium is supplied into the case 20 from the outlet 74. With the heat exchanger unit mounted to the case 20, the fins 48 are juxtaposed at intervals in the long side direction of the first side wall 22a while extending in the short side direction of thereof.
