LOST CHILD NOTIFYING GUIDE SYSTEM AND METHOD, EYEWITNESS INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION SERVER, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lost child notifying guide system and the like for comparing a lost child and the parent and providing path guidance information, without having to register personal information in advance.SOLUTION: Images of parents and children visiting a facility are photographed with a camera 17, and parent-child information, such as color of parent clothes, color of child clothes and height of child, is extracted from the photographed images and registered in a parent-child information DB 15 along with the images. When a child is lost within the facility, the parent inputs lost child information, such as the color of parent clothes, the color of child clothes and the height of child from a terminal 7, and transmits the lost child information to an eyewitness information distribution server 3. The eyewitness information distribution server 3 compares the parent-child information registered in the parent-child information DB 15 with the received lost child information, and transmits a guide path from a parent position to a lost child position by using a map DB 13, to the parent terminal 7. In addition, the eyewitness information distribution server 3 requests input of eyewitness information from a terminal 7 of an employee of a store in the facility, and transmits the inputted eyewitness information to the parent terminal 7.
