PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable management of a process related to printing by using a user ID for a first authentication in a case where an image forming apparatus performing the first authentication obtains print data from a print service performing a second authentication to perform printing.SOLUTION: A user is authenticated by inputting a user ID (a for-cloud ID) used for a cloud print service as well as a user ID for intra-company use (an intra-company ID) into an authentication process part 114 of an image forming apparatus 110. A logical printer setup part 126 sends printing setup information including the intra-company ID to the cloud print service, generates a logical printer 210 for which the printing setup information is set and sets the for-cloud ID to the logical printer 210 as an authorized user. When the user instructs the logical printer 210 via a print instruction part 128 to print a document, the logical printer 210 generates print data of the document and provides the image forming apparatus 110 with the print data correlated with the printing setup information (including the intra-company ID).
