PRINT CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control system for effectively reducing the number of used sheets.SOLUTION: A print control system 1 for controlling a printing part 101 which outputs material data by printing it on sheets includes: a database 11 which records schedule data D1 which is data showing the number of participants of an event; an operation part 106 which calculates the number of sets of the material data to make the printing part 101 perform printing by performing arithmetic processing using software to the data recorded in the database 11; and input parts 102, 104, 105 in which the material data and instructions for printing the material data are input. When object material data which becomes necessary in an object event, and instructions for printing the object material data are input in the input parts 102, 104, 105, the arithmetic part 106 calculates the number of sets which becomes equal to or less than the number of participants of the object event shown by the schedule data D1.
