Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a memory for temporary storage even when performing image processing by using one line plural pixels.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: a storage unit that holds image data for every line; an image processing unit that performs processing using one line n(n≥2) pixels to the image data read from the storage unit to create output pixels; and a control unit that controls a first clock frequency when the image data is read from the storage unit to be n times or more a second clock frequency when the image data is written in the storage unit.
