PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interview supporting server device, system and program, capable of reducing variations in evaluations between interviewers.SOLUTION: An interview supporting server device for supporting interviewers in conducting an interview test for an examinee by using a terminal, includes: a storage unit for storing acceptance/rejection information of the interview test in association with an evaluation value per aptitude test item, for each examinee, and for storing an item name of each aptitude test item in association with a guide text describing a guideline for performing the interview test; a processing unit 335 that compares for each item an average value of the evaluation values of the aptitude test related to at least one part of interview test passers, with an average value of the evaluation values of the aptitude test related to interview test passers related to an interviewer among the one group of interview test passers, and extracts the guide text for the item having a difference equal to or greater than a prescribed value; and a transmitting unit for transmitting the extracted guide text to the terminal.
