Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idle reduction control device capable of making idle reduction control further effectively function.SOLUTION: An idle reduction control device includes a seat belt installation detecting means 12 for detecting an installed state and an uninstalled state of a driver's seat seat belt, a door opening/closing detecting means 13 for detecting an opening state and a closing state of a vehicle door, and a control means 11 for restarting an engine when satisfying a predetermined restarting condition when the engine 21 is in a stop state by idle reduction control. When the driver's seat seat belt is an installed state in an opening state of the vehicle door or when the driver's seat seat belt is the uninstalled state in a closing state of the vehicle door, when satisfying the predetermined restart condition, the restarting of the engine is permitted, and when the driver's seat seat belt is the uninstalled state in the opening state of the vehicle door, even if the predetermined restarting condition is satisfied, the restart of the engine is prohibited.
