Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the laminate of a foam decorative sheet before foaming which is a resin composition for foam production containing a carboxy group-containing resin and an ADCA-based foaming agent, and with which problems such as discoloration (yellowing) of a foam obtained by heating and foaming the resin composition are improved, and a foam decorative sheet obtained by using the laminate, and methods for producing them.SOLUTION: The laminate of a foam decorative sheet before foaming has at least a foaming agent-containing resin layer on a paper-based substrate, wherein the foaming agent-containing resin layer is formed by extruding in a molten state and film-forming a resin composition for foam production containing a carboxy group-containing resin, an azodicarbonamide-based foaming agent, and a carboxylic acid hydrazide compound.
