GROUP MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent passengers from missing getting on elevator cars, by improving efficiency of movement of the passengers to landings of banks divided in respective service areas for the elevator cars.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a group management control system for an elevator includes: an allocation control means for allocating a landing call by selecting an elevator car best suited to a bank setting a read destination floor as a service area after performing the landing call for the read floor, when a user of the elevator having a plurality kinds of banks divided in the respective service areas for the elevator car is authenticated by reading user information including destination floor information; a plurality of gates which are provided to open a door when authentication is performed; a bank determination section which determines the bank at the user's guidance destination from each gate on the basis of utilization demand of each elevator car for each bank and a positional relationship between each bank and each gate; and a bank display control section which makes a display device of each gate display identification information of the bank at the guidance destination from the gate.
