Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric power conversion device capable of efficiently cooling a motor body and an inverter by a simple structure.SOLUTION: In an electric power conversion deice, an inverter 10 has a substrate 13 disposed on one side of a motor body 6, and a plurality of switching elements mounted on a surface of the substrate 13 on the opposite side to the motor body 6 side. The substrate 13 and a housing 2 are fastened by a bolt provided so as to penetrate an outer peripheral portion of the substrate 13 and the housing 2, thereby electrically connecting each one end portion of an AC output bus bar and a power supply bus bar and the switching elements on the motor body 6 side of the substrate 13. The bolt penetrates each one end portion of the AC output bus bar and the power supply bus bar, and has a tip end portion projecting out to an air flow path between radiation fins 21.
