A line Lin2 connects external electrodes 14c and 14d to each other. A line Lin3 is provided with a capacitor component C1 and connects the lines Lin1 and Lin2 to each other. A circuit component A3 consists of at least one of an inductance component Lg1 and a resistive component Rg1 that are provided between a connecting part of the lines Lin2 and Lin3 and the external electrode 14c. A circuit component A4 consists of at least one of an inductance component Lg2 and a resistive component Rg2 that are provided between the connecting part of the lines Lin2 and Lin3 and the external electrode 14d.
