METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING WINDING SPEED OF WORK PART OF AUTOMATIC WINDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To particularly enhance productivity of a rewinding process, by optimizing the rewinding process.SOLUTION: In a method for optimizing winding speed of a work part of an automatic winder, in the work part, yarn is extracted from a storage bobbin, and is rolled up in a traverse-winding package, the work part has a yarn tension adjusting device having a yarn tenser, and the traverse-winding package is driven by using a driving device having a driver capable of adjusting a rotating speed. Intervention to a winding speed of the work part is performed for the first time, when a limit value for the yarn tension adjusting device is obtained, that is, the yarn tenser reaches an opening tail end position, and at least one separate, the so-called offset value is also additionally satisfied.
