Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortable feeling when seated by forming an air flow at a position where he or she comes in touch with a vehicle seat without affecting fundamental comfortableness that a vehicle seat provides, in the vehicle seat having a pad that forms a seating surface and an outermost cover that covers the pad, the outermost cover having through vent holes penetrating from its front to reverse side in a manner capable of ventilating air with the pad's seating surface side having openings formed therein, equipped with an air-conditioner which takes in or blows out air from the openings through the through vent holes of the outermost cover to the region thereof with which a seated person on the seating surface comes in contact.SOLUTION: The outer surface of an outermost cover 41 has grooves 49 formed therein with through vent holes 47 formed in the grooves 49. The grooves 49 extend continuously up to a region which communicates with an in-vehicle space above a seating surface 13a and with which a seated person H does not come in contact.
