Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower structure capable of reducing NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) problems by suppressing deformation of an upper surface of a reinforcing member while maintaining a collision safety performance-improving function intrinsically possessed by the reinforcing member, and suppressing an overturning mode (vibration in a vehicle width direction) of a tunnel while a vehicle travels.SOLUTION: A vehicle body lower structure includes a reinforcing member 30 for forming a closed cross-section 29 along with a surface on a vehicle body lower side of a floor tunnel 14 from one-side tunnel member 23 to the other-side tunnel member 23 along a surface on the vehicle body lower side of the floor tunnel 14, wherein, when a distance between first bent parts K1, K1 on both sides of the reinforcing member 30, a distance between third bent parts K3, K3 on both the sides, a distance between a line L connecting the third bent parts K3, K3 on both the sides and a second bent part K2, and a distance between the line L connecting the third bent parts K3, K3 on both the sides and the first bent part K1 are denoted by W1, W2, H1 and H2, respectively, (W1/W2)×(H1×H2) is ≤0.12.
