Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical component mounting structure of a hybrid vehicle in which heat transfer from an exhaust pipe to an electrical component is prevented and the electrical component is placed efficiently in a space under a floor panel.SOLUTION: In a space under a rear floor panel 12, an exhaust pipe 8 extending in the front-to-rear direction of a vehicle and a junction box 22 connecting at least two split cables composed of a front-side cable 9A and a rear-side cable 9B are arranged. In this structure, a heat shield cover 24, a water-cooled charger 21, and the junction box 22 are arranged in order above a center exhaust pipe 8B of the exhaust pipe 8 placed in the space under the rear floor panel 12 behind a vertical wall 11.
