SUTURE INSTRUMENT USING MIRROR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture instrument using a mirror for stitching up broken pieces, etc. in a least invasive, safe and simple way irrespective of the stitching up position and direction.SOLUTION: A suture instrument 1 using a mirror includes a nearly straight conduit pipe 21 with an about semicircular cross section, and a nearly straight hollow needle 31 rotatably supported on the conduit pipe 21 via an attachment 33. A curved part 311 located near the tip of needle 31 is of an about helical shape. An opening 211 is provided in the side surface near the end of conduit pipe 21. When the needle 31 is turned around the central axis, a needle tip 313 protrudes outward through the opening 211. Also a stitching thread sent from the needle tip 313 of the needle 31 turns its direction after contacting a taper 213 provided near the tip of the conduit pipe 21, and is guided to the outside through a clearance 219 along the pipe wall of a conduit pipe 21.
