Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic switch which improves impact resistance and can be small-sized.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coil device 11, a driving section 15 passing through the center of an interval between a pair of magnetic pole pieces 35, 37 and mounted to a rotary member 13 which is rotated around a virtual centerline IC by the electromagnetic coil device 11, and a slide member 17 which opens/closes a contact by converting a rotary motion of the driving section 15 into a linear motion are accommodated in an insulation case 3. When an exciting current flows in one direction and the slide member 17 is located at a first position (closing position), the contact is brought into a closed state and when the exciting current flows in a reverse direction and the slide member 17 is located at a second position (opening position), the contact is brought into an opened state. The electromagnetic coil device 11, the rotary member 13, the slide member 17 and the like are disposed side by side in a second direction and further, a movable contact is operated by the slide member 17. Therefore, a dimension of an electromagnetic switch 1 in the second direction can be reduced, and the electromagnetic switch 1 which improves impact resistance can be obtained. |
