Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of details of an asset in management of a fixed asset.SOLUTION: An asset management data creation method includes the steps of: preparing image data for a three-dimensional image from a building drawing by three-dimensional CAD; adding a model No. for identifying each member constituting the building, a room No. for identifying each room in the building and classification data showing a classification of each member constituting the building, to the image data for the three-dimensional image (Y in Step S1); adding the room No. and the classification data to document data for an estimate and a detailed settlement statement for the building (Y in Step S2); and combining the image data for the three-dimensional image with the document data for the estimate and the detailed settlement statement, and creating asset management data with both data combined (Step S3).
