Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation work management system which outputs, in a visualized manner, dependence, conflict and risk of each work of a plurality of operational works including human-system works and device-system works in a mixed manner so as to enable an appropriate management.SOLUTION: One aspect of the present invention provides a system including: an input part for receiving information of operation works including a plurality of works containing device works and human works and a sequence of the plurality of works; work time determination part for determining a work time required for each of the plurality of works on the basis of a time determination part; a process definition generation part for generating a plurality of process definitions in which each of the determined work times is associated with a corresponding one of the device works or one of the human works, the generation being performed by containing it in information of the operation work; an extracting part for extracting dependency, and/or a risk between respective ones of the plurality of works on the basis of the plurality of process definitions and an analysis rule; and an output information generating part for generating output information used for outputting, in a visualized manner, the dependence, and/or the risk.
