Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing technology for reducing color mixture or bleeding between coloring pixel boundaries when manufacturing a color filter for a display unit by dropping coloring ink on an image receiving layer without using a partition wall structure through an ink jet method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a color filter for a display unit includes the steps of: coating a surface to form a color filter on a transparent substrate 1 with synthetic resin emulsion 2; desiccating the synthetic resin emulsion 2 at a minimum film-forming temperature or lower and forming an image receiving layer 4' while maintaining a state of emulsion particles 4; dropping coloring ink 5, 6, 7 on the image receiving layer by an ink jet method; and desiccating a solvent component 7 of the coloring ink by heating.
