Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the power generation efficiency of an osmotic pressure power generation system.SOLUTION: A system includes: a semipermeable membrane device 12, having a semipermeable membrane 13, a high concentration water compartment 15, formed in one film surface side of the semipermeable membrane 13, to which concentration sea water 14, generated when the sea water is desalinated by desalination plant 31, is supplied, and a low concentration water compartment 17 formed in the other film surface side of the semipermeable membrane 13, to which low concentration water 16 whose concentration is lower than the concentration sea water 14 is supplied; and a power generator 18 for power generation by a rotating turbine 19. To the concentration sea water 14 supplied to a high concentration water compartment 15, bittern 25, containing mainly magnesium chloride generated as by-product in a process for salt production for making the salt in salt making plant 41 as a basic component, is added. Because the concentration sea water 14 with the bittern 25 added as a high concentration water, osmotic pressure energy significantly becomes high. Impact on a marine ecosystem by concentration sea water 32, 42 can also be reduced. |
