METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING FIBER ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a fiber assembly, which can prevent the composition of a spinning solution from being uneven while making it easy to control the mass of the spinning solution discharged from a spinning start part constantly.SOLUTION: A device for producing a fiber assembly includes a static mixer capable of mixing each polymer solution to prepare a spinning solution provided in a liquid passing pipe connecting between each storage part for storing the polymer solutions and a spinning start part. This eliminates the need for preparing the previously mixed spinning solution to use it at the time of producing the fiber assembly, which can prevent the composition of the spinning solution from being uneven with the elapse of time and can also prevent the mass of the spinning solution discharged from the spinning start part from being uneven unintentionally, making it easy to control the mass of the spinning solution discharged from the spinning start part constantly and to adjust a spinning condition precisely.
