Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cationic dye dyeable flame-retardant polyester fiber having excellent dyeability and flame retardancy for a cationic dye at normal pressure, and a textile product thereof.SOLUTION: The polyester fiber is composed of a copolymerized polyester resin obtained by copolymerizing a polyester composed of ethylene terephthalate as a principal repeating unit with 0.8-3.0 mol% of an alkali metal salt of sulfoisophthalic acid, 3.0-10.0 mol% of a C4-10 aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and 3,000-10,000 ppm of a phosphorous-based flame retardant as a content in terms of a phosphorous atom. The textile product is composed of the cationic dye dyeable flame-retardant polyester fiber.
